Gluten Free Snickerdoodles
Fluffy cinnamon vanilla cookies. Just add 1/2 cup of butter and an egg, mix and bake. Makes a dozen delicious cookies. Can be prepared vegan by using alternatives for butter and egg.
Ingredients: Gluten free flour [White corn flour, Tapioca starch, Modified potato starch, Carboxymethyl cellulose, Xanthan gum], Sugars (Sugar, Brown sugar), Cinnamon, Cream of tartar, Baking soda, Salt

This was my first time trying a snickerdoodle, and I could not tell the Gluten was missing. Delicious! I would highly recommend! (For the record I can eat gluten)
These cookies were amazing, I ate them all in one sitting. You would never be able to tell they’re gluten free and they’re super quick and easy to make. Big fan!
Not only were these so yummy but I loved how easy they were to make! So simple to just add butter and egg. I appreciated the quick clean up too. I’ll definitely be ordering more!
