A beautiful blend of smooth and spicy, these soft chai cookies will send your taste buds dancing. Add 1/2 cup of butter and an egg, mix and bake. Makes 12 cookies. Can be prepared vegan by using alternatives for butter and egg.

The Chai cookie is delicious, our entire family loved them. Perfect combo of spice and sweet. Soft and chewy they were gone the day we baked them. Good thing they were so easy to make - time to bake some more.
I have been Gluten Free for almost 8 years now and it's nice to find something that not only that tastes amazing with the perfect blend of spices but also is super simple & easy to bake! My fiance was like, "these are gluten free!!!" because they were so delicious and normally my GF items are dry and tasteless. Needless to say the batch didn't last last long!
