Dillapeño Wit Beer Bread
6What is better than freshly baked bread? Baking it with beer of course! We've paired with Village Brewery on the recipe design for our line of beer breads, and for this Dill and Jalapeño flavoured one, we recommend using a bottle of Village Wit for baking. Just add the beer to the kit, and bake in a greased loaf tin for 40-50 minutes at 350F to make a freshly baked loaf of goodness. This bread is vegan.
*You can use anything carbonated in substitute of beer
Ingredients: All-purpose flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Dill weed, Dried Jalepeños, Salt Contains: Wheat

Incredibly Delicious
This bread is soooo good. Very flavourful with the addition of the Village Wit and just a nice amount of heat from the jalapeño. Was amazing straight out of the oven, cold and toasted with butter. If I gain 10lbs it will be because of this!
Lazy Bake
Thank you Elaine! I also love toasting it, then adding butter and honey to compliment the heat for breakfast :D

You need this
Ok the bread was amaaaazing with my soup last night, but warmed up with cream cheese for lunch today was unreal. I’ll definitely be buying that again for myself, and for bday gifts for everyone . Also the chocolate chip cookies are top notch!

Easy and delicious
This bread is soooo delicious. Actually, everything that we have tried has been amazing. It is wonderful to be able to put this into the oven on short notice to complete a hearty stew or soup. Thank you!!

Tasty and easy
The flavour is probably 3.5-4 stars, but the simplicity and ease pushes this whole thing to 5.

Delicious!
This bread was so so tasty and super easy to make. Highly recommend having a slice with some butter and honey!
