What is better than freshly baked bread? Baking it with beer of course! Just add a can of beer* to the kit, and bake in a greased loaf tin for 40-50 minutes at 350F to make a freshly baked loaf of goodness. This bread is vegan.
*You can use anything carbonated in substitute of beer
Made this to go along with BBQ chicken. Fantastic! I used a pale ale and threw in some left over cheddar cheese. The bread rose beautifully, had a nice dill flavour and a little heat. Would definitely make this again. Thanks very much!
